Flying with Kids and Brica’s Roll n’ Go Transporter

I remember the first time we flew with my oldest son when he was a baby. Eight years ago, there were very few companies making travel products that took the flying-with-a-car-seat hassle out of our lives. Brica’s Roll n’ Go Car Seat Transporter is something I wish I had on that first flight.

On a trip to Dallas, my husband lugged our son’s seat on his back in a cover-all while I pushed our baby in the stroller, waiting to check both seat and stroller at the gate. As first-timers, we felt four hands were desperately needed. When my son was 18 months old, I traveled solo, overseas with him, abandoning the stroller idea. I strapped the car seat to my back and him to a fold-able chair that attached to the back of my luggage. A crude travel product but it worked. We wheeled our way through the airport with ease.

Brica provided me with their Roll n’ Go Car Seat Transporter to see just how they’ve simplified the process of flying with a young child and a car seat. The transporter is ready to use, right out of the box. You unfold it, attach your car seat, and BOOM! you’re ready to go. I like this product for parents because it’s:

  • sleek
  • lightweight
  • easily collapsible
  • user-friendly
  • hassle-free

There are very little instructions (maybe 2 sentences) because it’s just that easy to use. I like it so much I’m trying to figure out how to re-purpose it. Any ideas?

Disclosure: Brica did not compensate me for this post other than providing the transporter to complete my review. All opinions expressed are my own.

It is REALLY handy and simple to use which is good when you’re rushing in the airport. Now I know how our parents feel when they see all these great new gadgets come out that they wish were invented when we were babies.

Not sure boxes would work but that’s a good idea.

  2. Nice! This looks so handy. We haven’t traveled yet with that huge carseat and I always wonder how we will. That things looks like it could probably hold some boxes too
